ANNOUNCEMENTS – FRIDAY, APRIL 4, 2008 – “D” DAY
MOTHER-SON DINNER DANCE: Gentlemen: The dinner dance is next Friday, April 11. All students attending should pickup paper and envelope on the counter in the main office and write your letter to your mom. Put your mom’s name on the envelope and your name in the upper left corner along with your homeroom. Please deposit your written letters in the box in the main office. Please do not forget – the moms love this little gesture. Thank you.
All: You’re all invited and welcome to attend the annual Spring Concert this evening at 7:30 p.m. It will be held at St. Patrick’s School Auditorium here in Jersey City and will feature music by the Prep Concert Band, Jazz Band and Chorus. Also several students will be performing solos that you don’t want to miss. A free round trip shuttle bus from Prep will be available at 7:00 p.m. on Warren Street.
All Concert Band & Jazz Band Members: Remember to meet in the band room at 3:00 p.m. sharp to assist loading the bus with equipment.
CHORUS CONCERT: All Chorus members will meet today at 3:00 PM in the Chorus room for pre-concert meeting and rehearsal.
MR. PALTOS’ CLASSES: Will not meet.
MR. DANDORPH’S 6TH PER ALGEBRA 1: Will not meet. Sign in and pick up worksheet in Main Office. Complete it and turn it in to Mr. Dandorph on Monday.
MR. DONDERO’S 1ST PER GUIDANCE CLASS: Will not meet.
ALL: Emmaus 238 will depart on Saturday morning. Materials may be dropped-off at the switchboard.
ALL: Don’t forget that Mass is offered every Friday during periods 5A and 5B. Come spend some time today with the Lord before lunch! Mass is in the Chapel.
Sophomores and Juniors: All service forms must be completed and returned to Mr. Sekel today.
BLOOD DRIVE: Congratulations to Justin Bellini and Justin Loo for being the first to return their signed consent forms. Keep those forms coming! The Blood Drive is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the library. You must be 17 years old. Prep policy requires a parental consent form in order for student to donate. LITERAMA: The deadline has been extended to Friday, April 11. Submit to Mr. Muir in H-202 or to junior, David Sambade.
Freshmen: Today’s Christian service orientation period has been rescheduled for Monday at 3:00 in the chapel.
ALL: There will be a prayer service after school in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. as part of the Ignatian PeaceAction. All are welcome.
HISTORY CLUB: We will meet on Monday at 3:00 p.m. in H-301.

SENIORS: Monday is the last day for prom payments. If you do not pay, I will assume you are not going. See me with any problems.
