JUG -- No senior can participate in the graduation ceremony if any JUGs are outstanding on May 30, 2008.  No underclassman can return to Prep next year if JUG is owed on June 3, 2008.  Gentlemen, please take care of your responsibilities.

Freshmen:  You're needed for Saturday, May 17th Academic Bowl at Chatham High School.  Special freshmen only division.  See Ms. Panzera in B-313.

ALL:  Win a Wii:  Academic Bowl team is raffling a Wii with sports package.  $5 for one chance and $10 for 3 chances. See Ms. Panzera in B313.

Academic Bowl:  Practices this today and tomorrow.  New members welcome. See Ms. Panzera if you are interested in attending academic bowl camp this summer. 

ALL: History Club Cinema presents, “Letters from Iwo Jima”, by Clint Eastwood today at 3:00 p.m. in H-301. 

ALL:  Tickets for Footloose are on sale with Mrs. Locricchio in room, S-231.  The price for the tickets is $7 for Prep students, $10 for everyone else.  Seats are reserved seats so get your tickets early.  Performances are May 9, 10, 16 & 17 at 8:00 p.m. at Saint Peter’s College.

CAMPUS SHOP:  Remember Mother’s Day is Sunday, Mary 11^th.  Great gifts for Mom – Prep Mom t-shirt, sweatshirts, mom mugs.

SOPHOMORES:  If you are going on an immersion trip, please pick up an information packet from H-302A.

Freshmen: Students participating in Freshmen Christian Service at PS#4, PS#16 and Our Lady of Czestochowa should report to their designated service sites.

ALL: There are no study halls for today and the rest of the week because the room will be used for advanced placement testing.

JUNIORS:  Applications for Big Brother, Emmaus Leader, and Eucharistic Minister are available in Mr. Heffernan’s office (M-306).  They are due on Monday, May 12.  Those applying for Big Brother and/or Emmaus Leader must schedule an in-person interview with Mr. Heffernan.  The sign-up sheet is posted on the whiteboard in his office.

Freshmen:  Christian Service at Public School #4 has been cancelled for this week.  Students scheduled for that location must see Mr. Sekel today for a new site.

STAR WARS CLUB:  Join the Star Wars Club for Turkish Star Wars today at 3:00 p.m. in E-205.  This will be our final event this year.

Guitar Students: Remember lessons today with Mr. Ferrone.

Band Members: Remember rehearsal today after school.

ALL:  Joy Food will meet today during 5B in the Shalloe Parlor. All are welcome.

MS. GARCIA’S PER 2 AND 6 CLASSES:  Your assignment is to work on your projects in the Library today.  You must sign in at the circulation desk or you will receive JUG for a class cut.

MS. GARCIA’S 7^TH PER SPANISH 3 HNRS:  Class will not meet.  Use the time to work on your projects for the final exam.

MR. LOCRICCHIO’S 1^ST PER CLASS:  Will not meet.

DR. HARTLING’S 7^TH PER REL ED 1:  Class will not meet, assignment previously given.

MS. GLAZER’S 7^TH PER:  Will not meet, assignment previously given.

US LAW:  Will not meet.  Work on project, draft due tomorrow.

ALL:  All students must return library books by May 20.

SENIORS:  If you do not see Mrs. Martineau regarding your college decisions, you will not receive your graduation or prom invitations.

ALL:  There will be a meeting for the Videogame Club in Ms. Star’s room, H-203 at 3:00 p.m. 

PETROC:  Editing meeting on Monday.  Current editors as well as those interested in editing must attend.

ENGINEERING CLUB:  Meeting today at 3:00 p.m. in H-302.
