GRADUATION TICKETS: Graduation tickets are available in the principal’s office during recess, both lunch periods and after school. Thank you.
JUG -- No senior can participate in the graduation ceremony if any JUGs are outstanding on May 30, 2008. No underclassman can return to Prep next year if JUG is owed on June 3, 2008. Gentlemen, please take care of your responsibilities.

ALL: Win a Wii: Academic Bowl team is raffling a Wii with sports package. $5 for one chance and $10 for 3 chances. See Ms. Panzera in B-313.
ALL: All students must return library books by May 20.
ALL: $50 for ½ day of work after school. If you are interested in working on primary day, June 3rd, for Frank Lautenberg in Bayonne and Hoboken, either call (201)-443-2211 or find one of our representatives after school and sign up.
ALL: If any guitarist, bassist, drummer or brass & woodwind player is interested in this summer's 8th Annual Jazz Workshop, See Mr. Caslowitz for a brochure. In addition to plenty of playing time, the workshop has guest artists visit for master classes and the group will be attending at least one live performance during the two week session.
JUNIORS: Posted outside Mr. Collins’ office (Mulry, 2nd floor) is a list of appointment times for senior portraits on June 4 & 5. These are your graduation pictures. If you do not have an appointment, please see Mr. Collins ASAP.
Sophomores: Students must attend the Junior Service Site Orientation on Thursday, at 3:00 in Saint Peter’s Church. Any hours done without attending the orientation will not count towards their 60 hour requirement.
New Orleans Trip: Meeting Wednesday, May 21, at 3:00 in the chapel. We will go over the schedule for the trip.
SOPHOMORES: Last group meeting during period 5B in Fr. Mullin’s office on Tuesday.
SOPHOMORES IN FR. HOAG’S 6TH PERIOD ENGLISH CLASS: We will meet on the York Street Gym steps at the start of period 5B.
Band Members - voting for next year's band officers will be held tomorrow morning. Be there by 7:45. Also, seniors are required to attend tomorrow's after school rehearsal at 3pm to review the senior selection for graduation.
STUDY HALLS: There will be study halls today.

ALL: A reminder to the students who have been praying the "multi-lingual Rosary" during this month of May: we will conclude this week (Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45 a.m. in the Chapel.). STUDENT COUNCIL – ATTENTION JUNIORS: Important! Please vote in homeroom and return ballots in the homeroom folder immediately. Due to the number of candidates, there will be a runoff presidential vote today and the rest of the voting on Tuesday.
PICTURES: Freshmen and sophomores who ordered pictures from Davis Studio may pick them up in the principal’s office.
ENGINEERING CLUB: Engineering Club will have its final meeting of the year this Wednesday. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
