LITURGICAL CHOIR: Will meet today and Thursday after-school with Mr. Harrold. Preparations are underway for the Baccalaureate Mass on Saturday, May 31.
JUG -- No senior can participate in the graduation ceremony if any JUGs are outstanding on May 30, 2008. No underclassman can return to Prep next year if JUG is owed on June 3, 2008. Gentlemen, please take care of your responsibilities.

ALL: $50 for ½ day of work after school. If you are interested in working on primary day, June 3rd, for Frank Lautenberg in Bayonne and Hoboken, either call (201)-443-2211 or find one of our representatives after school and sign up.
ALL: If any guitarist, bassist, drummer or brass & woodwind player is interested in this summer's 8th Annual Jazz Workshop, See Mr. Caslowitz for a brochure. In addition to plenty of playing time, the workshop has guest artists visit for master classes and the group will be attending at least one live performance during the two week session.
JUNIORS: Posted outside Mr. Collins’ office (Mulry, 2nd floor) is a list of appointment times for senior portraits on June 4 & 5. These are your graduation pictures. If you do not have an appointment, please see Mr. Collins ASAP.
Sophomores: Students must attend the Junior Service Site Orientation on Thursday, at 3:00 in Saint Peter’s Church. Any hours done without attending the orientation will not count towards their 60 hour requirement.
New Orleans Trip: Meeting Wednesday, May 21, at 3:00 in the chapel. We will go over the schedule for the trip.
SOPHOMORES: Last group meeting during period 5B in Fr. Mullin’s office today.
ALL: A reminder to the students who have been praying the "multi-lingual Rosary" during this month of May: we will conclude this week (Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45 a.m. in the Chapel.). Many thanks to those (students and faculty) who have come to pray together in our different foreign languages. ~Ms. Romano
PICTURES: Freshmen and sophomores who ordered pictures from Davis Studio may pick them up in the principal’s office.
ENGINEERING CLUB: Engineering Club will have its final meeting of the year this Wednesday. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
SENIOR LOCKS: Senior locks should be returned to Mrs. Finn in the attendance office or to Mr. Collins. A $5 fee is charged for lost locks. Locks must be returned before graduation rehearsal.
AP Latin: All students signed up to take AP Latin this fall must come to Mr. Distinti’s room for a brief meeting today 8th period.
FRESHMAN: We are having a picnic for the freshman class on Tuesday, June 3rd at 11:00 AM immediately following the last exam at JFK field. Hotdogs, hamburgers and soda will be provided. Bring your yearbook to be signed by fellow classmates and teachers. Bring a football, Frisbee, soccer ball, etc. to play with on the field. A great way to wrap up your first year of high school.
Freshmen: Final Christian Service reflection will be held Thursday, at 3:40 in the chapel.
SENIORS: Graduating seniors whose father and/or grandfather also graduated from Prep should see Mr. Jiran in S-309 this week.
If you want your prom invitation, please see Mrs. Martineau this week. I also have directions to the Manor for anyone who needs them.
ALL: Thanks to all who supported Prep’s musical Footloose for “packing the house” the entire weekend! Your support is appreciated.
Senior Band Members - Remember the full but brief rehearsal after school today for the senior selection at graduation. The rehearsal is required and will begin promptly at 3pm.
JV Lacrosse - All Players are reminded to report to the field this afternoon. Please have your HOME JERSEY (the white one) on for the team photo. There will be a barbecue to follow, to celebrate the season and to wish Varsity well as the State Tournament gets underway.
