FRESHMEN: Please be aware that all freshmen must report to Study Hall during their free periods unless they go to the Browning Center. Study Hall locations and proctors are posted in freshman homerooms and in the Mulry Lobby. There is no 7th period Study Halls.
Seniors: This is the last week to sign-up for an interview with The University of Scranton. See me ASAP if interested!! Thank you, Mrs. Martineau.
Sophomores: Anyone interested in applying for the weekend service immersion trips should check their Prep email for the link to the online application. Applications must be submitted by today.
Stock Market Club for freshmen and sophomores: Organizational meeting today at 3:00 pm in the Link Lab.
FRESHMEN: If you ordered pictures from Davis Studio, please pick them up from Ms. Finn in the Attendance Office at 8th period this week.
FRESHMEN & SOPHOMORES: If you have fully paid for your paperback books, you may pick them up at the campus shop.
FRESHMAN ACTIVITIES FAIR: All clubs participating in today’s Freshman Activities Fair are expected to attend an organizational meeting with Mr. Healy in H-201 on Tuesday at 3:00 pm. Prepare a table and reps and sign up your new membership.
Juniors: Any junior who still needs a Spanish 2 book should see Mr. Peters in H-101 ASAP.
FRESHMAN HOMEROOM 1H: Come to the grammar school today at 2:30 pm (today and Thursday) for your books. Please bring checks or credit card.
FRESHMAN AMBASSADORS: Please remember to check the list each day because students are sometimes added.
ALL: Our first Community Mass of the year will be in Bayonne this Saturday! It's at St. Andrew's at 7:00 pm. See Mr. Heffernan with any questions. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
ALL: A reminder that Mass is celebrated each day at 7:30 a.m. in the Chapel.
ANYONE INTERESTED IN SWIMMING: The swim team meeting has been moved to Thursday at 3 p.m. in Mr. Giordano’s classroom (E-301). See Coach Heffernan if you can’t make it.
VOLLEYBALL: All returning players are to attend a mandatory meeting about conditioning today at 3:00 pm in E-301.
SKI CLUB: There will be a Ski Club Meeting this Friday at 3:00 pm in B-317 for all new and returning members. Snowboarders welcome. Thanks!
All: Fr. Azzarto will celebrate Mass in the Chapel at 12:30 on Sunday for those helping with the Open House.
AP Italian: A reminder that we will be meeting today (E-Day) during your lunch period. Please be puntuali!
Italian Club: A brief meeting will take place on Thursday, Sept. 25th in E-306 to inform all members about the events that will take place this October for Italian Culture and Heritage Month. We will also be electing our junior president. All new and returning members are welcome especially freshmen!

STUDENTS INTERESTED IN GOVERNMENT, DIPLOMACY, AND FOREIGN SERVICE: Ambassador George Krol, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs for the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC, will be at Prep on Friday. Ambassador Krol is a member of Prep’s Class of 1974. He would like to meet with students interested in government, diplomacy, and foreign service. The ambassador will meet interested students in the library at 2:30 on Friday.
Culinary Club: There will be a meeting today at 3PM in the cafeteria. Meeting will be to plan refreshment menu for open mic night on October 3rd. If you can not attend, please see Ms. Annetta.
