SOPHOMORES: Don’t forget – Sophomore Night is today. on Thursday. You may come into school in dress down. The activities start at 3:00 pm in the church and end at 8:00 pm. Attendance is required. See Mr. Sekel with any questions.
JUNIORS: If you are interested in being a part of a dynamic study group for the SATs, come join the SAT Prep Club. First meeting of the year will be on Monday, November 10 in H-205. See Senior, Anand Brahmbhatt with any questions.
ALL: Varsity football game vs. Hoboken is Friday, November 7 at 1:30 pm. Frosh play tonight at 6:00 pm. All games at Caven Point.
Freshmen: Baseball gathering. Because the football game has been moved to Friday the trip to Yogi Berra Stadium has been postponed. Meeting next week.
All: Duplicate pictures from Halloween and walk-a-thon are on the table in front of the attendance office. You are welcome to take your own.
All: Next WEDNESDAY at 6:00 pm in the Cafeteria, Marco Ambrosio and Billy Bludgus will give a talk and have discussion on Marco’s work with AIDS and his visit to six countries. Billy is a graduate also and spent two plus years as a Jesuit Volunteer in Tanzania. All are welcome.
FIRST PREP DANCE: Mark your calendar: Friday, November 14 from 7:00-10:00 pm with an $8 admission with school ID. Prep boys only; girls from all schools invited. Brand new DJ.
All Enviromental Club Memebers - Meeting today at 3:00 pm in Ms. Suarez's classroom, M-312.
Track and Field: Preseason lifting will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the weight room from 3:00-4:15 pm. Mr. Que will be there to provide any assistance you may need. See Mr. Caulfield in H-302A with any questions. You should also give Mr. Caulfield the filled out the forms given out at the meeting.
FILIPINO SOCIETY: We will meet today at 3:00 pm in B-214. Free food will be served. All are welcome.
JUNIORS: 3A is the only homeroom without reps for the junior prom. If no one in that homeroom plans to attend the prom, that’s fine. However, if anyone from 3A does want to attend, someone better step up ASAP!!! See Mrs. Martineau!!!

Science Club/Science Fair: Meeting today at 3:00 pm in B-314 with Dr. Robinson for science fair. Students need to turn in their projected fair topic along with their advisors name. We will brain storm to think of ways to advertise the science fair to get more people to participate.

MR. PETERS’ ENGLISH 2 CLASS: Will not meet. ASSIGNMENT: Complete all of Chapter 6 in the vocabulary book. Read Chapters 8 – 13 in Huckleberry Finn (quiz Monday).
MS. KLIM’S CLASSES: Will not meet today.
ALL STUDENTS: Any student with two or more failures is ineligible to participate in interscholastic athletics or any major activity effective immediately. Those who wish to apply for reinstatement of eligibility must see Mrs. Supple in the Principal’s Office TODAY!!!

MS. GARCIA’S AP SPANISH LIT: Class will not meet. ASSIGNMENT: Read the 3 stories by Garcia Marquez, and explain the techniques in each one of the stories. You will need to research the material in the Library.
