ANNOUNCEMENTS – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 – “B” DAY – ASSEMBLY ORDER
OPEN HOUSE VOLUNTEERS: Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 on Sunday for those helping with the Open House.
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS: Student volunteers are needed for the Open House this Sunday, October 4. There is a sign-up sheet in the principal’s office. If you will be there in any capacity, please sign up so a nametag can be printed.
Hockey: The hockey meeting scheduled for today has been rescheduled for next Tuesday, October 6. Any student interested in playing hockey this year should meet at 3:00 pm in the gym. Important information will be distributed regarding the upcoming season. All players are expected to be there.
SECRET AGENT CLUB: From Russia With Love is postponed until next week.
ALL STUDENTS: Are you a fan of Godzilla movies? Is R2D2 your hero? Then join the Godzilla/Star Wars Club! We will meet today at 3:00 pm in B 215. See Ms. Singleton if you have any questions.
Freshmen: If you (or your parents) ordered portrait pictures from Davis Studio, please pick them up in Mr. Healy’s office in E304 during 9th period.
Juniors: Those who received slip from Fr. Azzarto will meet this Friday in his office during lunch period. Bring lunch.
All: baseball Club> Will meet once the national and American league playoffs are decided.
Medical Club: Medical club meetings will be every Wednesday at 3:00pm in H-302. New members welcome. Come this Wednesday September 30th and learn about hospital volunteering, EMT courses, and shadowing physicians. Elections for medical club will take place this Wednesday.
JUNIORS: Spots remain on Emmaus 248 (Oct. 31 – Nov. 2). See Mr. Heffernan if you’re interested in going that weekend.
