ANNOUNCEMENTS – TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2009 – “D” DAY
ALL: This year’s first Prep “Unplugged” will now be held on Thursday, November 5. Auditions will be held today in H-201 at 3:00 pm. All musicians welcome. Bring your instruments. See juniors, Graham Wyville or Rolf Mazo with any questions.
All: There is a mandatory meeting for all interested in participating on the indoor track team this winter season today in the gym at 3 pm.
Sophomores: Sophomore transfers will meet today at 12:15 pm in Fr. Azzarto’s office. Bring lunch - other things provided.
Juniors: Group from last year: Meeting on WEDNESDAY at 12:15 in Fr. Azzarto’s Office.
All: BASEBALL CLUB: Where’s my daddy? Celebration of end of Baseball season. Today at 3:00 pm in B-220. Hot dogs, etc. will be served. All are welcome.
HISTORY CLUB & MODEL UN MEETINGS: This week's History Club & Model UN meetings are postponed until next week.
STUDENTS: The lounge will be closed all week while the Campus Ministry staff is away on Kairos. See you next week!
JUNIORS: Measurements for the Prep school ring will be this Thursday at lunch in the cafeteria. Rings will be presented at the Junior Mass. It does not cost anything to be measured this Thursday, so it would be advantageous to be measured whether or not you have decided to buy a ring or not. See Mr. Hollywood with any questions.
Sophomores: Ms Klim's sophomore art class will meet at lunch today (bring lunch) to meet a representative from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. No class 8th period.
FRENCH CLUB: There will be a French Club meeting on Wednesday to appoint officials and to discuss French culture week and upcoming events.
EBONY CLUB: We will meet today at 3:15 pm in Mr. Smith’s room. This meeting is VERY IMPORTANT that ALL members show.
ASIAN SOCIETY: Asian Society At Prep (a/k/a A.S.A.P.) will meet on Wednesday in H-303 at 3:00 pm.
CHRISTIAN SERVICE: Classes will not meet this week
MS. BERMAN’S GUIDANCE CLASSES: Will not meet.
AP US HISTORY 2 PERIOD 4 ONLY: Class will not meet today.
MR. KEATING PER 2 AND 6 WORLD CIV: Classes will not meet; your assignment is posted in Mulry Lobby.
MR. GALANO’S RELIGION 4: Classes will not meet, continue with current assignment.
AP VERGIL: Class will not meet, work on assignment previously given.

All: State Soccer game vs. Pope John at Caven at 7:00 pm. Bus leaves from the courtyard at 6:00 pm. Enjoy a snack before from 4:30-5:30 pm in B-220.
