ANNOUNCEMENTS – MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2009 – “E” DAY

FRESHMAN STUDENT COUNCIL:  All freshman student council candidates must turn in their application forms and signatures by Tuesday, 11/24, at 3:00 pm to H-201 with Mr. Keating.

Culinary Club: There will be a meeting today, at 3:00 pm in B-315.  Current and new member are welcome.

SOPHOMORE/FRESHMAN CHRISTMAS ’09 SEMI-FORMAL:  This year’s semi-formal will take place on Saturday evening, December 19^th from 8:00 – 11:30 pm in the Prep cafeteria.  Reservations may be made with Mr. Dondero in M-212.  The cost is $60 per couple.  Space is limited so you need to get your deposit of $30 to Mr. Dondero ASAP.  The price includes a hot buffet dinner, DJ, unlimited soda, and ice-cream bar.

ALL:  The Office of Campus Ministry and Pax Christi are sponsoring a THANKSGIVING FOOD AND SUPPLIES DRIVE from Nov 16-24. Please place all donations in the designated boxes in the cafeteria. Questions? Talk to Ms. Toomb.

MOCK TRIAL:  All students interested in participating in the NJ State Bar Foundation Mock Trial Competition should come to H-201 today at 3:00 pm to see Mr. Keating.

EASTERN BLOC:  Meeting on Tuesday in E-304 at 3:00 pm.

HISTORY CLUB:  We will meet today at 3:00 pm in B-216 - Student Survivor rehearsal!

Model UN Officers MEETING:  we will meet on Tuesday at 3:00 pm in B-216 – planning Mini MUN.

Secret Agent Club:  the Secret Agent Club presents The spy Who Loved Me, on Wednesday, December 2 at 3:00 pm in B-216.

All:  Baseball club will meet on Tuesday at 3 pm in B-220.  Bring a “Winter Trade” on paper.  Best one gets a prize.  Hot Dogs and snacks available.

Juniors: ‘Junior group of Fr. Azzarto will meet on Tuesday during 6^th period lunch…bring lunch…meet in Office.

MS. MCNALLY’S CLASSES:  Ms. McNally’s classes will not meet today.  Assignments are posted on the bulletin board in the Mulry Lobby.

STUDENT SUPPORT GROUPS:  Students who signed up for, or, have an interest in Dealing with Loss or Dealing with Divorce/Separation of Parents Groups:  Meeting today during both lunch periods with Fr. Mullin and Fr. Azzarto in Fr. Mullin’s Office, Shalloe 101(opposite the elevator).  Bring your lunch.  Thanks.
