ALL STUDENTS: The midterm exam schedule has been placed in your homeroom folder and should be posted on the wall. Copies also appear on the Mulry Lobby bulletin board. Please see Ms. Durante as soon as possible if you have any conflicts (two exams scheduled in the same period, etc.).
ALL: First Prep dance on Friday, January 29, 7:00-10:00 pm, $8 and ID admission. Only for Prep men, all girls admitted with $8 and ID.
ALL: Prep Basketball takes on St. Anthony at the Dan Finn Classic on Saturday at 8:00 pm at the JC Armory. Student tickets are $4 ($10 for at the door). See marauder Mike Wright ’10. Tickets are available until this afternoon.
All: Parents of students are reminded of the Day of Retreat with alumni parents on Sunday. Time is at 9:00 am in the chapel. Contact Fr. Azzarto.
ALL STUDENTS: Please donate your old sports equipment! Junior Phil McGovern will be taking a service trip to the Dominican Republic at the end of the month and is collecting slightly used sports equipment to donate to the children there. BASEBALL EQUIPMENT NEEDED SPECIFICALLY! Boxes for donations will be in the café.
Underclassmen: You are desperately needed on the Dance Committee. Think about it. See Ms. Rowan in M-310 with questions.
FRESHMEN: If you have not already signed up for or completed a two-week tutoring session for Christian Service, please do so. Christian Service is MANDATORY and spots are filling quickly!
JUNIORS: First prom payment of $75 is due today. If you are in homerooms, 3B or 3J you have no rep so you must see me to make your payment.
MUSIC SYNTHESIS CLASS: So that you will have time to complete projects, the Mulry Computer Lab will be open after school everyday this week.
LITERAMA: Literama, Prep’s literary magazine, is sponsoring a haiku contest. Submit your original haiku to Ms. Knittel or Ms. Groark or email literama1@gmail.com. Winner will receive a prize.
FORENSICS: Those competing in this weekend’s tournament must pick up a permission slip from Mr. Kilroy or Mr. Grusenski.
MARCH FOR LIFE: Please see Mr. McCarthy in M207 if you are interested in attending the March for Life in Washington DC on January 22. Note that attendance at the March counts as 2 colloquia for the Junior Social Justice class.

with Dr. Kennedy, there is a mandatory meeting in M-311 today.
PERCUSSION STUDENTS: Mr. Gleich was out sick yesterday but will be here for lessons during lunch today.
Fencing: Congratulations to the Saint Peter’s Prep Fencing team for their victory yesterday over Fairlawn High School in an extremely close match by a score of 14-13. Freshman Bernard Chester won the 27th and deciding bout to break a 13-13 tie and bring home the victory for Prep.
Football Players: Weight room hours during exams will be Tuesday thru Friday 11-12:30 and 3-4:30. See Coach Hansen or Que if you have any questions.
