ALL STUDENTS: Nominations for the next group of Spirit Awards are now open. Please submit nominations of fellow students by recess on Tuesday, February 2. We will present the awards at the Honors Assembly on Wednesday, February 10, which is a change from the original date of February 3. Nominations should be submitted online at www.spprep.org/spirit. You must sign in using your Prep network ID and password; be sure to precede your username with “prep\” in order to gain access to the nomination form.
ALL STUDENTS: Please note a change in the calendar next week – Monday (2/1), Tuesday (2/2), and Wednesday (2/3) are Regular Order days. Thursday, February 4 is a Short Order schedule due to Parent-Teacher Conferences. Friday, February 5 is a professional day for faculty with no classes for students.
ALL STUDENTS: Student volunteers are needed for the Accepted Students’ Reception on Sunday, January 31. Please sign up in the principal’s office if you can help us.
ALL STUDENTS: Prep’s first dance will be Friday from 7-10 PM. Your Prep ID and $8 is required for admission. This dance is only for Prep men. All girls will be admitted with $8 and their school ID.
ALL STUDENTS: Travel to Spain – Come to E-401 at 3:00 PM on Friday for details. The trip is 15 days from June 21 – July 5. Thank you, Ms. Garcia.
ALL: The Browning Center has been moved to Mulry, third floor.
Juniors: Regular Group from last year’s guidance of Fr. Azzarto and others will meet today at 12:15 in his office – please bring your lunch, snacks will be provided.
CHRISTIAN SERVICE CLASSES: Mr. Heffernan’s and Ms. Toomb’s Christian Service classes will not meet on Wednesday or Thursday. Classes will resume on Friday.
GREEK DRAMA AND SOCIETY: Class will not meet today. Continue with current “Ajax” assignment.
U.S. LAW: Class will not meet today. Complete the assignment posted in Mulry Lobby.
MR. SCANNAPIECO’S PER 1 AND PER 8: Classes will not meet. Sign in at Main Office and pick up assignment.
MS. GOMEZ’ PER 1 & 3 SPANISH 1: Classes will not meet. Check Main Office for assignment at recess.

MR. DWYER’S CLC PRAYER GROUP: Mr. Dwyer's CLC Prayer group will NOT meet today. We will start up again next week on Thursday, February 4th at 3PM in the Madonna Chapel.
IGNATIAN TEACH IN AT WHEELING JESUIT UNIVERSITY: Those who are interested in attending March 5 - 7 please see Mr. Lyons in B-317 for more information.

Hockey Teams: JV A and B and freshmen will meet on Friday at 11:30 and 12:15…both lunch periods in Fr. Azzarto’s office – bring lunch, snacks will be provided.
DANCE COMMITTEE: Meeting today at 3:00 PM in M-311. New members are welcome.
RETURNING JV AND VARSITY VOLLEYBALL: There will be a conditioning workout with Coach Que on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:05 PM. Meet in the weight room. See Coach Que for questions/concerns.
TENNIS TEAM: Meeting for the tennis team will take place in H-105 at 3:30 PM today.
