ALL STUDENTS:  Friday, February 19th is this year’s last Prep:  Unplugged.  All those interested in performing should come to H-201 to sign up or contact juniors, Graham Wyville, or Rolf Mazo.

 

ALL STUDENTS:  Fifteen days in Spain – Madrid to Barcelona – leaving June 27th and returning July 5.  See Ms. Garcia in E-401 for details.

 

ALL:  Pictures of Mother-Son dance are posted on 1st and 2nd floor.  Duplicates have been placed in HR folders. Board copies may be taken next week.

 

ALL:  There will be a Petroc meeting this Thursday at 3:00 PM in E-204.  Article assignments will be given for the next issue.

 

ALL:  Baseball club will meet on Thursday at 3:00 PM in B-220.  Baseball quiz given…prizes given…Black History Video shown - snacks, games etc.   All are welcome. 

 

JUNIORS:  Your last prom payment of $75.00 is due this week.  If you are already paid in full, see Mrs. Martineau for your invitation and picture info.  Any other questions see me ASAP!

SOPHOMORES:  Please remind your parents of the Sophomore Parents’ Planning Night on Thursday, February 18 from 6:30 – 8:00 PM in the Prep Cafeteria.  The program is designed to address some of the personal, spiritual, social, academic and college planning concerns that sophomores and their parents will experience as they reach the half-way mark in their high school years. Members of the Guidance Department, Campus Ministry Program and Administration will speak to you about your son’s transition to junior year, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions. It also will be a time to meet and greet other sophomore parents. Coffee and cookies will be provided by volunteers from the Prep Parents Association and Vice Principal’s office.

 

ATTENTION ALL FRESHMEN TRYING OUT FOR BASEBALL:  All freshmen interested in trying out for baseball must attend a meeting with Coach Wendolowski in M-311 on Thursday at 3:00 PM.

 

AP CALCULUS STUDENTS:  All AP Calculus students must bring textbooks to class on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week.

 

Varsity Jackets:  Varsity jackets have been delivered to the Campus Shop.  In order to pick them up, please ensure you have a credit card, check, or cash for any balance due.  No jackets can be picked up without them being fully paid for.  See Mr. Hollywood if you have any questions.

 

HISTORY CLUB:  History Club Cinema presents Steven Spielberg’s, Empire of the Sun, on Thursday at 3:00 PM in B216.

 

ART CLUB MEETING:  We will meet on Thursday in e-405 at 3:00 PM.  All are invited.

 

MS. KNITTEL’S PER 7 GUIDANCE:  Class will not meet.

 

GERMAN CLUB:  Meeting on Thursday in E-303 to discuss 2nd semester activities.  The second half of the film “der blaue Engel” (the blue Angel) will be shown afterward.

 

Prep Crew: If you are planning on participating in the Rowing Program this spring you must attend the showing of the US Rowing SAFETY Video on Wednesday, February 17, or Thursday, February 18 in B313 at 3:00 PM.  Video will only show to first 25 people each day, Do Not Be Late.   

 

LACROSSE TEAM:  Mandatory lacrosse meeting on Thursday at 3:00 PM in the gym.

 

Medical Club:  Meeting today at 3:00 PM in H-302.  If interested in watching a kidney transplant surgery please come today and pick up a permission slip.

 

BASEBALL:  All freshmen interested in trying out this year must pick up forms in the cafeteria on Thursday at 3:00 PM.

 

VIDEO GAME MEETING:  Videogame Meeting today at 3:05 in H105.
